I've gone through two rear-end collision spinal injury accidents with Matt Noyes as my lawyer, and overall I'm pleased with the services the firm provided. Unfortunately, the terrible drivers that injured me had very poor insurance and no money to speak of, so Mr. Noyes had to sue my insurance company for the Personal Injury Protection coverage that I carry myself. I recovered both times at the maximum amount. My car repairs were covered by the other drivers' insurance, and it was easy to set up and get a rental car paid for. The lawyer's assistant Christina also worked tirelessly with my injury center (chiropractic and medical), MRI company, and other medical providers to negotiate fees down SUBSTANTIALLY. This last time I got almost half my P.I.P. money in cash after everyone got paid. The services Mr. Noyes and the staff at PCA&N made two painful situations much less painful by guiding me through the process professionally, and you can always call with questions or concerns. Also, they don't spend $$$ on TV ads and billboards, so word-of-mouth is how they do business, which is nice. They're my go-to injury legal firm; now I just wish I had been hit by Hulk Hogan or John Travolta, whom I see around town sometimes.

My name is Katie Reynolds and I can't tell you how many people even strangers that I've had a conversation with and told them about this law firm I never had to call them and their star employee is absolutely Allison. Allison checked on me when I was in the hospital she called and checked on me regularly she informed me when certain things were going on with the case explained it to me like I was six which I requested it to be said like I'm six. LOL! This team they got me into the disability doctors so quickly and have relationships with the examiners from disability so they're established. In 2017 I was unfortunately (mis)diagnosed with a lifelong disease and very aggressively treated with many types of drugs that lowered my immune system, that in turn made me very sick. After many and long hospital stays and my body sustaining permanent damage that I'll have to live with the rest of my life....I started to understand what had happened to me was actually malpractice. Attorney Mark Perenich and his staff were so kind and understanding from the beginning and worked tirelessly over the course of several years to truly understand and explain that what had happened to me was negligence. Mr. Perenich seems to have as much knowledge of the medical field as the law field and that combination along with uncovering all of the facts of what really happened to me....and presenting them along with several expert medical opinions helped my case to have a most favorable outcome.
