Jury Returns Favorable Verdict in Rear-End Collision Case
After three days of jury trial, a Pinellas County jury returned a verdict in excess of $63,000 for injuries sustained in a rear-end collision that occurred in 2007. Personal injury attorneys Bryan Caulfield Lorrie Robinson fought for their client by presenting evidence of the rear-end automobile crash which resulted in two carpal tunnel surgeries as well as other injuries. The jury did not accept the insurance company’s argument that the carpal tunnel injuries were not related to the crash.
This 4-year battle with the insurance company is a good example of why people injured in a car accident need a good personal injury attorney who understands the law and knows how to take a case to trial.
